Location: Kochi (On-site). Field-based role across Kochi, Kerala, and nearby cities like Bangalore as required. Role Objective Drive new business by identifying, meeting, and converting clients for the agency. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on finding new clients, scheduling and attending meetings, and converting opportunities into revenue.What You Will Sell Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Social media marketing Branding&strategy Website development Content&video production Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition (Primary Focus) Identify and approach potential clients across Kochi, Kerala, and nearby markets (e.g., Bangalore) Target businesses, brands, and corporate clients Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referralsPrimary expectation: consistently bring in new, quality clients Meeting Fixing&Field Sales Connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings Attend meetings in person and represent the agency professionally Pitching&Conversion Understand client needs and present relevant services and solutions Handle objections and close deals independently or with team support Team Coordination (When Needed) Coordinate with senior team or founder for important meetings Ensure clear communication between client and internal teamFollow-Up&Pipeline Management Maintain disciplined follow-up and track leads and opportunities Ensure no potential client is missed Compensation Structure (Market-Aligned) Fixed Salary: 15,000– 30,000/month (based on experience and communication skills) Incentives (Primary Earnings Driver) Commission on sales: 5% – 10% per closed deal.Performance Slabs (Optional) 0– 2L monthly sales 3% 2L – 5L 5% 5L+ 7% – 10% Retainer Bonus 3% – 5% on first 3 months of retainer clients Earning Potential 25,000 – 1L+/month (no upper limit; based on performance) Performance Expectations Daily client outreach and field activityRegular meetings with potential clients Consistent pipeline generation Minimum closures within first 60 days Who Can Apply Experienced Candidates 1–3+ years in sales (preferred) Experience in field sales or client-facing roles Freshers / MBA Graduates Strong communication skillsWillingness to travel and meet clients High energy and eagerness to learn Key Skills Required Communication and persuasion Confidence in face-to-face meetings Lead generation ability Follow-up discipline Basic understanding of marketing (training will be provided) What We're Looking ForSomeone who can proactively bring business Comfortable with field sales and client meetings Not dependent on inbound leads Motivated to earn through incentives What This Role Is NOT Not a desk-only job Not solely calling or coordination Not suitable for candidates avoiding field work or targetsGrowth Opportunity Potential to move into senior sales roles with higher incentives and leadership responsibilities.
