Job Title: System Engineer– L3 (Male Candidates) Location: Infopark, Kochi (Remote – Temporary) Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory) Experience: 6+ Years Salary: Up to 9 LPA + Night Shift Allowance Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled and experienced System Engineer – L3 to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will handle advanced troubleshooting, ensure system stability, and support cloud and virtualization environments.Key Responsibilities: Provide L3 support for complex technical issues and escalations Manage and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory (AD) Administer Microsoft 365 (O365) and Intune Support and manage Azure&AWS cloud environments Handle virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V Perform system monitoring, patching, and upgrades Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery Troubleshoot and resolve critical infrastructure issues Guide and support L1/L2 teams Required Skills: Strong expertise in Windows Server&Active Directory Hands-on experience with O365 and Intune Good knowledge of Azure&AWS Experience in VMware&Hyper-V Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to handle high-priority incidents Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field Relevant certifications (Microsoft, AWS, VMware) are a plus Additional Requirements: Male candidates preferredMust be willing to work night shifts (mandatory) Good communication and teamwork skills
