Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Linux/Windows servers, cloud, networking, and enterprise apps.
- Troubleshoot incidents, outages, and performance issues in production/staging.
- Manage monitoring, alerting, and backup strategies.
- Perform patching, upgrades, and capacity planning.
- Automate tasks using Bash, Python, or Ansible.
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams on IaC and CI/CD.
- Support cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.).
- Maintain system/security compliance as per standards.
- Document SOPs, RCA reports, and change logs. Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong Linux administration (CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian).
- Hands-on with AWS or GCP (basic services).
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and monitoring tools.
- Shell scripting with knowledge of Python/Ansible/Terraform.
- Familiar with Nginx/Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and queue services.
- Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, firewall rules).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Git.
- Preferred:
- Certifications (AWS, RHCE, etc.).
