Key Highlights of the Requirement: MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or refrigeration industry Candidates from engineering equipment manufacturing companies will be preferred Solid exposure to core HR Generalist functions, including: Recruitment (especially Sales / Technical Sales roles at managerial levels) Payroll Leave Management Statutory Compliance Employee Relations Positive judgment in evaluating sales profiles and the ability to close positions with right-fit candidates Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam Budget: Up to 9 LPA (depending on experience and suitability)
