We are seeking a visionary and energetic leader to lead Cochin International School into its next phase of excellence. The role will provide academic and strategic leadership, ensuring that the school remains a model of holistic international education. The role encompasses student learning, faculty growth, operational oversight, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will combine global vision with hands-on leadership, inspiring trust and collaboration across the school community. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and articulate a clear vision for the school’s growth and success.
- Lead curriculum implementation and innovation across IB and Cambridge programmes.
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate faculty to build a highly effective teaching team.
- Safeguard student well-being and promote a positive, inclusive school climate.
- Oversee resource management, budgeting, and operational effectiveness in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Strengthen TRINS Group’ reputation through parent partnerships, alumni engagement, and public representation.

- Master’s in Education or related discipline (administrative certification preferred).
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in international schools, with a proven record of academic and operational success.
