Position Overview Skysoft Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to expand and strengthen our US Staffing operations from India. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building staffing businesses, establishing client relationships, and onboarding 3–4 new clients quickly. This role requires strong communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to operate independently with a growth-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute business development strategies for US staffing services.
· Bring 3–4 new direct clients or Tier 1 vendors to Skysoft Inc within the initial months.
· Identify, prospect, and close recent business opportunities across various industries.
· Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to increase business volume.
· Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.
· Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to shape business growth.
· Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts as part of the end-to-end sales cycle.
· Maintain strong communication with US-based leadership and regularly report progress.
· Build long-term partnerships that enhance Skysoft Inc’s brand and reputation. Required Qualifications
· 8
- 10+ years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.
· Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue.
· Existing industry contacts with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier 1 vendors.
