Social Media Manager (Ernakulam)

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. You will shape how the world perceives Nutrithy Wellness
- from strategy and content to paid campaigns and community building. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand goals across wellness, snacking, and experiences
- Plan, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Conceptualise and brief creatives to the design team for campaigns and daily posts
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Instagram / Facebook) and Google
- Track KPIs — reach, engagement, follower growth, ROAS
- and present performance reports
- Identify and coordinate with influencers, wellness creators, and brand advocates
- Manage community engagement
- respond to comments, DMs, and build brand loyalty
- Stay ahead of wellness, food, and lifestyle trends and translate them into content opportunities What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Robust understanding of Instagram growth strategies and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Ads is a strong advantage
- Excellent written communication and content briefing skills
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and making decisions from it
