Project Manager Civil (Koodankulam)

Project: Construction of Balance of Plant (BoP) Buildings & Structures for KKNPP-5 & 6 (Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project) Client: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) Employer: Bridge and Roof Co. (India) Limited Role & responsibilities
- The Project Manager shall be the overall in-charge of the entire project and shall act as the single point of contact with NPCIL and Bridge and Roof Head Office. Key responsibilities include: 1- Project Planning & Execution 2- Resource Management 3- Quality & Technical Control 4-Safety & Compliance 5- Coordination & Interface
- Act as the primary interface with NPCIL Engineer-in-Charge, other contractors, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure effective coordination with various external agencies working simultaneously at the KKNPP site.
- Lead and facilitate seamless coordination among the internal project team (Deputy Project Managers Civil & Mechanical, Construction Managers, Planning Engineer, QA/QC team, Safety Officer, Engineers, Supervisors, and support functions) for smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve internal as well as external interface issues in a timely manner to prevent delays and maintain project momentum. 6- Contract & Commercial Management 7- Statutory Compliance & Documentation 8- Team Leadership KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
