E-Commerce Backend Operations Manager (Ghitorni)

Job responsibilities 1. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process from the moment an order is placed to its final delivery.
- Manage relationships with 3PL (third-party logistics) partners, shipping carriers, and fulfillment centers.
- Monitor key delivery metrics like transit times, RTO (Return to Origin) rates, and failed deliveries, actively resolving bottlenecks. 2. Inventory & Stock Coordination
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory counts across all sales channels
- Implement inventory forecasting in coordination with the production team and assist with stock planning based on sales trends. 3. Data Analysis & Financial Reconciliation
- Generate regular operational reports monitoring KPIs like logistics costs per order and production costs.
- Identify areas to trim operational expenses while preserving operational speed. Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and Microsoft Excel
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to pull data and build operational MIS reports.
- Problem-Solving: Solid critical thinking to resolve real-time logistical or supply chain issues.
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional coordination, negotiation skills for dealing with vendors, and a high sense of ownership. Additional : Prior experience or qualifications in design or merhandising will be preferred. Must be an animal lover | Pet parent. Pay: ₹27,000.00
