Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palampur for the position of Assistant Manager: Sports & Recreation Facilities. The responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the sports and recreation facilities including Gym, Swimming Pool, Spa, Kids Play Area, Locker Rooms and providing excellent customer service, managing budgets, coordinating training and development programs for staff, and driving sales and membership growth. The Assistant Manager will also ensure that guests and members have exceptional experiences while using the facilities.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with guests and members effectively Experience in Training and staff development to enhance team performance Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure productive operations Background in Sales and membership growth strategies to drive business objectives Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a quick-paced and energetic environment Prior experience in hospitality, sports facility management, or a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
