Process Associate — Freight & Logistics (India)

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Process Associates to join our freight and logistics operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, data entry, or a related field. Freshers with strong English communication skills are also encouraged to apply. This is a US-aligned night shift position based in Pathankot. Data Entry Operator Load entry & records Freight Broker Sales & negotiation Dispatcher Route & driver coordination Billing & Invoicing Finance & accounts E-Log Books Compliance & ELD logs Our Operation starts from 0500PM IST to 1700PM IST and candidates will be aligned within this Duration for the 9hrs Shift, which will be changed per the DST in US Time. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Experience Shift timings 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (US Night Shift)Each candidate is assigned a 9-hour shift within the above window. Shift timings will adjust according to US Daylight Saving Time (DST) Requirements Location: Must be a local resident of Pathankot within a 10 km radius
- Age: 27 years or above
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Language: Valuable English communication skills — verbal and written are essential
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in freight brokerage, logistics, data entry, or a related field preferred. Freshers with the zeal to work and strong English communication skills are welcome.
- Availability: Must be fully available for a full-time, in-person role. This is not a part-time position. Salary
- ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month Important — Please read before applying: This is a full-time, in-person position only. Applicants must be local residents of Pathankot (within 10 km), aged 27 years or above, and must be fully available for the night shift. The salary is fixed as mentioned in this post.
