- Manage the Training Needs Identification
- Maintain the Training Schedule
- Communication & Follow-up with Participants & HODs
- Host the Training’s on the Zoom Platform
- Manage all Training Recordings & Learning Deck’s on HRMS
- Assist participants of E-learning programs
- Regular Tracking of Training Related Expenses
- Assist in the follow-up Training Module creation on HRMS
- Regular Communication & Connection with Participants to follow-up on Training Effectiveness
- Support with Functional Process Training Design
