ServiceNow Developer & Administrator (India)

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Administrator Experience: Min 5 to 10 years Location: Remote Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Roles Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Robust expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM , HRSD , SPM , and CSDM .
- Proven experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow Studio .
- Proficiency in managing ServiceNow workflows , business rules , and integrations .
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics , Service Portal , and Virtual Agent .
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) , Certified Application Developer (CAD) , and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HR, CIS-ITSM) are preferred.
- Required : At least two certifications ( CSA and CAD ).
- Good to have : ITIL certification. Required Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform features and capabilities.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and custom integration development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills . Education :
