We are looking for a detail-oriented Data / MIS Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. Data Hygiene: Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies. Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual data tasks to improve team efficiency. Technical Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Data Management or MIS reporting. Advanced Excel Mastery:
* Expertise in complex formulas (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Nested IF statements). Proficiency in Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Data Validation. Ability to use Conditional Formatting and Sparklines for data visualization. Analytical Mindset: Robust ability to interpret data trends rather than just "entering numbers." Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
