Civil Site Engineer (India)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior experienced Site Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities to ensure projects are executed within specifications, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include supervising in office operations, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, communicating with stakeholders, and collaborating with the project team to resolve technical challenges. The role demands a hands-on approach to problem-solving and maintaining compliance with structural and safety regulations. Requirements Residential Construction experience expected between 2 and 5 years. DO NOT APPLY IF EXPERIENCE IS BELOW 2 YEARS OR MORE THAN 5. Candidate must be residing in bangalore and must be willing to travel to multiple sites across RT Nagar and Vijaynagar. Please note that these requirements are non-negotiable. Qualifications
- Background in BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on work experience in residential construction
- Knowledge of BBS, RMC, Costing and Estimation
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus Expertise in quality control practices and adherence to project standards
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices
- Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and ensure efficient project execution Familiarity with construction safety guidelines and local building codes Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential Pay: ₹25,000.00
