Promote awareness of cybersecurity ethics, laws, and responsible hacking practices. Instill a solid sense of qualified integrity and compliance with legal frameworks. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct workshops, seminars, and certification-oriented courses. Use interactive teaching methods (live demonstrations, red team/blue team exercises). Practical Exposure Provide hands-on training in tools like Kali Linux, Metasploit, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Nmap, etc. Simulate attack-defense scenarios to build problem-solving skills. Assessment & Evaluation Design quizzes, assignments, and penetration testing projects. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Industry Alignment Stay updated with latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and security frameworks. Collaborate with industry experts to bring real-world insights into training. Compliance & Ethics Ensure students understand legal boundaries of ethical hacking. Teach responsible disclosure practices and adherence to organizational policies. Career Guidance Advise on certifications, internships, and placement opportunities. Help trainees build portfolios showcasing cybersecurity projects.
