Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic clinical procedures (e.g., venipuncture, catheterization, suturing, intubation) and emergency resuscitation.

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Rotate across core departments including medicine, surgery, OBGYN, pediatrics, and orthopedics.

Participate in academic discussions, clinical case presentations, and journal clubs.

Uphold infection control protocols, patient safety measures, and hospital ethical guidelines.

Collaborate with nurses, lab staff, and other allied healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.

Provide support in medical camps, rural outreach programs, and public health initiatives.
