Architectural Draftsman (Gomti Nagar)

As an Draftsman , you will be responsible for : Project Initiation
- Participate in the initial virtual meeting with the client and the design team to understand the project requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Review any existing plans, photos, and documentation provided by the client. Concept Development
- Assist in the development of preliminary design concepts based on the client's input and requirements.
- Create initial sketches and technical drawings to support the design concepts presented to the client.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and design team input. Design Development
- Produce detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Ensure all drawings accurately reflect the design vision and adhere to project specifications.
- Prepare 3D models and visualizations to help the client visualize the final design. Virtual Presentations and Reviews
- Attend regular virtual meetings with the client and design team to review progress, discuss design details, and make decisions.
- Provide updated drawings and documents for client review and approval.
- Implement any necessary modifications based on client and design team feedback. Coordination and Collaboration
- Collaborate with other team members, such as architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and contractors, to ensure cohesive design implementation.
- Share and manage design files and documents through secure cloud-based platforms for easy access and collaboration. Handling Design Team Tasks
- Focus on tasks directly related to design work.
- Coordinate closely with senior team members who will handle broader project responsibilities and management tasks.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals within the design team. Documentation and Specifications
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Ensure all drawings and documents are accurate and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide explicit and precise instructions for contractors and suppliers. Project Management Support
- Assist in overseeing the project's progress remotely, ensuring that the design is executed according to the approved plans.
- Participate in virtual site visits and inspections using video conferencing tools to monitor construction and address any issues.
- Support coordination efforts with the client and contractors to resolve any design-related challenges. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹7,000.00
