Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, and expenses) accurately into excel & accounting software. Invoice & Payment Processing: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including matching purchase orders, issuing invoices, and processing vendor payments. Reconciliation: Match bank statements and general ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies. Expense Management: Track and reimburse employee expense claims and monitor petty cash transactions. Admin Support: File financial documents, maintain digital/physical records, and respond to vendor or client inquiries. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related commerce stream (e.g., B.Com) is typically required. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal staff.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00
- ₹15,000.00 per month
