- Partnership Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients to secure exclusive listings and projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of a sales team, ensuring all members meet their KPIs and professional growth targets.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel, from initial prospecting and site visits to high-stakes negotiations and final closures.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and local real estate trends to pivot strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design high-impact campaigns and promotional materials for new projects. Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales management, or a senior real estate role.
- Leadership: Experience managing a team and a demonstrated ability to drive results through others.
- Networking: An existing network within the real estate industry and a knack for high-level networking.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, public speaking, and presentation skills. You should be comfortable presenting to board-level executives and large groups.
- Education/Licensing: Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate; active Real Estate license is preferred.
