- Industry: Interior / Modular Kitchen Manufacturing Role Definition The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery used in modular kitchen and interior manufacturing processes. The role involves handling machines safely, ensuring production quality, supporting factory operations, and coordinating with supervisors and production teams for smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities 1. Operate manufacturing and cutting machines as per production requirements. 2. Ensure proper machine handling and safe operating practices. 3. Monitor machine performance and report issues or breakdowns immediately. 4. Assist in production activities related to modular kitchen and interior manufacturing. 5. Maintain quality standards during machine operations and production processes. 6. Handle raw materials, boards, laminates, and finished materials carefully. 7. Coordinate with supervisors and production teams for daily production targets. 8. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of machines and work areas. 9. Follow factory safety rules and operational procedures. 10. Support loading, unloading, and material movement activities whenever required. Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of machine operations in manufacturing industries preferred.
- Ability to understand production and factory workflow.
- Knowledge of cutting, drilling, edge banding, panel sizing, or woodworking machines is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle physical work and factory operations.
- Teamwork and coordination skills.
