Production Supervisor Sholavaram

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our printed corrugated box factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning production schedules, managing manpower, ensuring quality control, maintaining stock levels, and overseeing dispatch activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. Ensure productive workflow and timely completion of orders. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize productivity. Manpower Management: Supervise and lead production staff, including assigning tasks and providing training. Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production targets. Foster a positive work setting and address any personnel issues promptly. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products. Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Stock Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished products. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Maintain accurate records of inventory and conduct regular stock audits. Dispatch Management: Oversee the dispatch of finished products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Handle any issues related to dispatch and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate Sholavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
