Position: CNC Setter cum Operator

Industry : Precision Engineering components for different applications like Oil

& Gas Valves components, Machine Tool Divisions Components,

Locomotive, Pump and Auto ancillaries

Production Type : Batch Production

Certification : ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter cum Operator to handle setup and production

operations in a batch production workplace. The candidate must be capable of setting

tools, offsets, and operating CNC Turning / Milling machines while ensuring quality and

productivity as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform machine setup for recent jobs including tool setting and fixture alignment.

 Operate CNC Turning / Milling machines for batch production.

 Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.

 Set tool offsets and make minor program corrections if required.

 Monitor machine performance and maintain cycle time.

 Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments.

 Maintain daily production records as per ISO documentation.

 Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness.

 Reduce rejection and rework by maintaining process control.

Technical Skills Required

 Hands-on experience in CNC Turning and/or Milling machines.

 Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controllers (828D preferred).

 Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;

 Experience in batch production workplace.

 Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.

Qualification

 ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

 Minimum 3–6 years of experience in CNC machining industry.

 Experience in ISO 9001:2015 certified company preferred.

 Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

 Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.

 Ability to work in shifts if required.

 Team player with valuable discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹18,000.00 per month
