Procore Specialist / Construction Project Systems Manager ???? Remote ???? EST Working Hours (7 pm-3:30 am IST) ⏳ Full-Time | Immediate Joiners or Short Notice Preferred

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Procore Specialist / Construction Project Systems Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day management of Procore across construction operations. This role requires someone with strong Procore expertise combined with construction accounting and subcontractor administration experience. The ideal candidate should understand both operational and financial workflows within construction projects and be confident managing pay applications, subcontractor billing, compliance documentation, and project systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and management of Procore across multiple construction projects
- Configure workflows, permissions, templates, project structures, and reporting systems
- Manage project setup, document control, subcontractor workflows, and financial tracking within Procore
- Handle or support pay applications, subcontractor billing, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, accounting teams, subcontractors, and leadership teams
- Migrate project and financial data into Procore while ensuring process accuracy
- Standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency across projects
- Train internal teams on Procore best practices and day-to-day usage
- Monitor platform adoption, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Procore (mandatory)
- Experience working in construction operations, project administration, construction accounting, or PM/accounting hybrid roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Pay applications/pay apps
- Subcontractor billing & administration
- Lien waivers & compliance tracking
- Construction accounting/bookkeeping workflows
- Robust understanding of construction processes including RFIs, submittals, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Experience implementing or managing construction management systems
- Ability to independently manage workflows and support cross-functional teams
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Background Strong preference for candidates from:
- General contractors
- Construction accounting teams
- Construction finance/admin departments
- Project management + accounting hybrid roles Candidates who have used Procore only for basic coordination or task tracking without financial/admin exposure will not be considered.
