Senior Housekeeping Executive (Coimbatore)

- Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years 1. Operations Management
- Oversee complete housekeeping operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Monitor usage of cleaning materials and control wastage. 2. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Manage and supervise housekeeping supervisors, team leaders, and workers.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Provide training on cleaning techniques, safety, and equipment usage.
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper grooming of staff. 3. Client Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure service delivery as per agreement.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients for feedback. 4. Quality Control
- Conduct routine inspections of all areas (floors, restrooms, offices, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Implement corrective actions for any service gaps. 5. Inventory & Material Management
- Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Raise purchase requests and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Control cost and avoid overuse of supplies. 6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Follow labour laws, company policies, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain records related to attendance, wages, PF, ESI, etc. 7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and duty rosters.
- Submit performance and audit reports to management Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00
