We have critical requirement for SFDC Production Support Work location: Any Hexaware location Experience : 6 to 10years Shift :24/7 timing Budget : up to 25LPA Job Title: Salesforce Production Support Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce Production Support Engineer to manage and support day-to-day operations of Salesforce applications. The role involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring system stability, and coordinating with business and technical teams to maintain optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 production support for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Monitor application performance and resolve incidents, defects, and user issues within SLA
- Analyse and troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, workflows, and data discrepancies
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
- Handle user access requests, role/profile management, and data updates
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
- Support deployments, releases, and post-release validation
- Maintain documentation for processes, issues, and resolutions
