Job Summary: The Chennai Silks is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage housekeeping staff, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our store and office zones. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily cleaning schedules for sales floors, restrooms, and storage areas. ​ Monitor staff performance and ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. ​ Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and coordinate with management for refills. ​ Address and resolve any facility maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly. Requirements:
- 3–5 years Experience in facilities, retail, or hospitality housekeeping.
- ​Strong communication and team-handling skills.​
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
