Job Title: Marketing Executive – Construction MaterialsJob Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and sell construction materials including sand, bricks, aggregates, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies Identify potential customers such as contractors, builders, developers, and retailers Conduct regular site visits to generate leads Promote sand, bricks, and other construction materials Negotiate prices and close sales deals Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Monitor market trends and competitor activities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Products to be Marketed4 River Sand / M-Sand Red Bricks / Fly Ash Bricks Gravel & Aggregates Cement & Other Construction Materials

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in construction materials sales/marketing Solid communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of local construction market Ability to travel for field visits Self-motivated and target-driven
