Logistics Executive Coimbatore

We are hiring for Logistics Executive, for an MNC manufacturing company.

Title: Logistics Executive

Location: Sulur, Coimbatore

Experience: 2 years (experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations)

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch or receipt of goods

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure order readiness

· Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, packing lists)

· Handle export documentation to comply fully with regulatory requirements

· Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and couriers for shipment bookings

· Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or issues

· Ensure accuracy of shipped goods and resolve discrepancies

· Maintain proper records and update systems for all shipping activities

· Support continuous improvement of logistics processes

· Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Good to have:

· Familiarity with shipping and export documentation

· Positive understanding of logistics processes and coordination

· Strong attention to detail, meticulous and positive organizational skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

· Pleasant to work with and valuable communication skills

· Willing to learn and take initiative
