Role Description

Confidential company is seeking a full-time Ecommerce Manager to lead and enhance our online sales platform. Based in office in Coimbatore, the role involves managing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from strategizing and implementing online marketing campaigns to analyzing performance metrics and optimizing user experiences. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, manage product listings, and ensure seamless website functionality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in E-Commerce operations and strategy

Proven experience in Marketing and Sales to drive engagement and revenue

Excellent Analytical Skills for performance tracking and data-driven decision-making

Exceptional Communication skills for team collaboration and customer interaction

Additional knowledge of customer experience management and SEO strategies is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
