Supply Chain Management Executive Coimbatore

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Management Executive to manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships

Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability Implement inventory control systems to minimize excess or obsolete stock Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock audits and reconciliation

Logistics & Distribution Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or internal stakeholders Coordinate with logistics partners and resolve delivery issues

Supply Chain Coordination Work closely with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities Forecast demand and plan supply accordingly Ensure seamless flow of goods and information across the supply chain

Process Improvement & Reporting Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Track key supply chain KPIs such as lead time, order accuracy, and cost efficiency Prepare regular MIS reports and performance dashboards

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills Solid knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel Analytical and problem-solving skills

Soft Skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Attention to detail and time management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles Certifications (optional): CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent

Preferred Experience Experience in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or distribution sectors Exposure to demand forecasting and supply planning tools Working knowledge of import/export procedures (if applicable)

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹28,000.00 per month
