This role asks for something rarer: the conviction to redesign how 4,000+ people across multiple countries work

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
- or equivalent experience that makes the degree irrelevant Proven scaleTrack record designing and delivering workplace solutions for 1,000+ users in enterprise environments
- Technical depthDeep expertise in Azure, Entra ID, Intune, AVD, M365, CyberArk, JAMF, and modern workplace devices
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Able to align, explain, and influence at every level of the organisation
- Experienced with zero-trust, modern security architecture, and governance frameworks You’ll be responsible for
- Defining the architectural vision Own Eneco's modern workplace strategy end-to-end. Set the direction, write the blueprints, and balance startup agility with enterprise robustness. Transform business goals into scalable, maintainable architecture that real people can actually use.
- Building and owning the platform Lead delivery across Microsoft 365, Azure, AVD, Entra ID, Intune, JAMF, CyberArk, and SailPoint. Turn best-in-class tools into frictionless user experiences. Pilot emerging workplace technologies and iterate with data-driven insight.
- Championing security as a design principle Embed zero-trust and secure-by-design thinking into every solution from day one

- Leading through influence Align C-level vision with front-line technical realities.
