The brand emphasizes quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.Job Location : CoimbatoreJOB SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, compliance, budgeting, reporting, audits, and financial planning while supporting overall business growth and operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial ManagementManage end-to-end finance operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, P&L; statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow reports.Handle accounts payable/receivable, banking activities, reconciliations, and cash management.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll processes, ROC filings, and statutory requirements.Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, consultants, and banking partners.Establish and improve financial controls, SOPs, and reporting systems.Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives.Business & Operational SupportProvide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.Support budgeting and financial planning for business expansion and current initiatives.Conduct cost analysis, ROI analysis, and financial feasibility studies.Improve financial visibility and operational efficiency through effective reporting systems.Administration & CoordinationCoordinate with HR and admin teams for payroll, attendance, reimbursements, and employee records.Maintain financial documentation, contracts, and statutory records.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial governance standards.Technology & SystemsWork with ERP/software systems to streamline finance operations and reporting.Support automation and digital tracking for billing, reporting, and analytics.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related rolesStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll processes, and Indian Accounting practicesExperience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordinationProficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, or other accounting softwareStrong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skillsExcellent communication and team coordination abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced business environmentPREFERRED REQUIREMENTSCA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferredExperience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industries is an added advantageExperience in process improvement and financial system implementation preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mmq9f
