Business Intelligence Intern (Coimbatore)

Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Data cleansing of data collected and creation of dashboards for clients
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and document business requirements
- Help model and map current and future state business processes
- Conduct market or competitor research to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with team members for ad hoc analysis
- Improve and review CRM system based on business needs and requirements

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus
- Proficient in data analysis and data cleansing using Power BI/Tableau;
- Strong ability to write basic to advanced SQL queries;
- Basic CRM knowledge (e.g.Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc. ).
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills
- Other Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude; Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in product development; Understanding of various data structures and common data transformation methods;
