Marketing Intern (Coimbatore)

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Marketing Intern to join Hayag's growing educational consulting practice. You will be the frontline for business development, identifying potential clients, reaching out through LinkedIn and other channels, and converting leads into long-term relationships. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a real career in B2B sales. What you'll do Lead generation and prospecting Research and identify B2B prospects including schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporate training teams, and HR departments Source decision-maker contact details from LinkedIn, Google, and local business networks Build and maintain a clean lead database using our internal templates LinkedIn outreach Send personalised connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects Engage with target audience content to build visibility and credibility Support Hayag's LinkedIn presence with relevant posts and updates Sales meetings and follow-ups Research clients before meetings and prepare structured talking points Conduct introductory calls or in-person meetings to understand client needs Follow up consistently with prospects through email, WhatsApp, and phone Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and service information Client communication Write professional emails to document discussions and next steps Be the first point of contact for clients from initial outreach to onboarding Who we're looking for LinkedIn savvy: comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach, research, and engagement Solid communicator: fluent in English, written and spoken Self-starter: high energy, persistent, and not afraid of rejection Passionate about education: genuine interest in how learning and training can help organisations grow Good to have Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, MS Office, or any CRM Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4muhmo
