Housekeeping Manager (Coimbatore)

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure proper tagging, storage, and delivery of guest baggage
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Coordinate with the front office and concierge for guest assistance
- Arrange transportation or assist with valet services when required Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- Prior experience in hospitality is preferred
- Basic communication skills in English and local language
- Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended hours
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Key Skills
