- Enter and Manage leads generated.
- Initiate first-contact calls to introduce and pitch company services to prospective clients.
- Conduct structured follow-up calls to address client queries and explain service offerings.
- Handle final discussion and confirmation calls to close deals professionally.
- Draft and share customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Coordinate invoice sharing and communicate payment details with clients.
- Manage client coordination and communication throughout the sales process.
- Ensure smooth completion of the end-to-end sales cycle with proper documentation and follow-up. Core Competencies
