Taram, a leading AI-powered logistics platform for cross-border trade, seeks a skilled Logistics Documentation&Operations Executive based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This is an office-only position focused on export/import documentation and operational coordination in freight forwarding. Require 3+ years experience in both documentation and operations at forwarding companies. Key Responsibilities:Prepare, verify, and process export/import documents: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, letters of credit for regulatory compliance. File CRO (Container Release Orders), prepare/submit SI (Shipping Instructions), and draft/review BL (Bill of Lading) to book shipments with ocean carriers/lines and ensure vessel space confirmation.Coordinate with liners/carriers, shipping agents, shippers, customs brokers, and teams to gather documents, track shipments, resolve issues for timely customs clearance and delivery. Handle operations: monitor shipments, plan containers, negotiate freight rates, maintain records for billing/reporting.Requirements: 3+ years hands-on experience in export/import documentation AND operations in Indian freight forwarding companies. Expert in international trade regs, customs procedures, CHA processes, logistics software; proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word). Strong communication for stakeholder coordination; multitasking in fast-paced setup.Preferred: Bachelors in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business. Knowledge of Coimbatore logistics ecosystem.
