- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting, IT systems support, or technical help desk roles
- Proven experience supporting computers, printers, and networking equipment in business environments
- Strong understanding of network connectivity, configurations, and issue resolution
- Experience in remote IT support or help desk environments
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience in customer-facing technical support roles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with security best practices for handling sensitive data is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy systems is a plus but not required
- Must be based in Coimbatore
- Reliable high-speed internet connection Key Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk tickets and phone calls from pharmacies in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printers, computers, interfaces, and networking equipment
- Consult with pharmacy staff to optimize technology setup and recommend improvements
- Provide training to pharmacy staff on software applications and hardware devices
- Document technical support activities and maintain detailed records of all interactions
- Deliver superior customer service and ensure a positive experience for pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with technical support team members to resolve complex issues and ensure service continuity
- Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to developing permanent solutions
