We’re looking for:

An experienced UI/UX designer who has worked in a SaaS product company and understands how to design intuitive, conversion-focused experiences, especially within the Shopify ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

- Design user-friendly interfaces for Shopify apps used by stores worldwide.
- Create easy-to-use flows for e-commerce features like upsells, bundles, shipping, and bookings.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs in Figma.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and founders in the office.
- Improve our apps based on user feedback, data, and research.
- Design onboarding screens, dashboards, widgets, and storefront elements
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable components.
- Focus on making things that are both beautiful and actually work—designs that help merchants sell more.

Requirements:

- 6 to 8 years of UI/UX design experience at a SaaS company.
- A portfolio with real product designs (not just marketing websites).
- Experience designing dashboards and complex B2B tools.
- Valuable with Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of UX and how users think.
- Can work well with developers and understand what's technically possible.
- Good communicator who thinks about the bigger product picture.

Good if you have:

- Experience designing Shopify apps or e-commerce products.
- Familiarity with Shopify Polaris and ecosystem guidelines.
- Experience with A/B testing and product analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience designing AI-powered product experiences.
