Sales Executive - Automation, Coimbatore

We are looking for a driven and technically sound sales professional to manage and grow business for industrial automation products in the Coimbatore region. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closure, with strong engagement with OEMs, system integrators, and manufacturing clients.Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of automation products such as PLCs, SCADA, sensors, drives, and related solutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, automotive, textile, and engineering sectors. Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, technical discussions, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, panel builders, and system integrators. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth objectives for the region. Coordinate with internal technical and application teams for solution support and delivery.Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategy. Key Requirements: 4 to 8 years of experience in sales of industrial automation products or solutions. Strong understanding of automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, VFDs, HMI, sensors, etc. Proven track record in B2B industrial sales with consistent target achievement.Good network within Coimbatore industrial ecosystem (OEMs, manufacturing companies, integrators). Ability to handle technical discussions with clients and offer solution-based selling. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
