Senior Project Manager – Civil & Interior Projects Location: Mumbai (HQ) | Projects Across India Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month Industry: Government Contracting | Civil Construction | Interior Fit-Outs We are a highly reputed and established contracting company executing prestigious Civil and Interior projects for Government Bodies, PSUs, Airports, Institutions, and Publicly Listed Companies across India. As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager who can independently lead and manage multiple projects from our Mumbai Headquarters while coordinating execution teams across various states. This is a senior leadership role offering significant responsibility, long-term growth, and the opportunity to work on high-value and technically challenging projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete end-to-end management of multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
- Overseeing execution, coordination, planning, billing, procurement, and project delivery
- Managing Civil and Interior projects from project initiation to final handover
- Coordinating with PSU officials, consultants, architects, corporate clients, vendors, and site teams
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, manpower, quality, and overall site performance
- Leading and guiding project engineers and execution teams across locations
- Handling operational decision-making and resolving critical project challenges
- Ensuring projects are delivered professionally, efficiently, and within committed timelines
- Periodic travel to project locations across India whenever required Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Civil Contracting / Construction
- Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid exposure to projects involving:
- PSUs
- Government Departments
- Airports
- Corporate & Institutional Clients
- Publicly Listed Companies
- Strong leadership, coordination, and project execution skills
- Excellent understanding of project planning, contracts, billing, site execution, and client management
- Ability to independently manage operations and take complete ownership of projects
