Job Title: Retail Sales & Operations Associate (Perfume & Apparel Store)

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

About the Role:

We are hiring energetic and responsible individuals to support day-to-day retail operations across perfume and apparel sections. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth backend operations.

Open Positions: 3 Associates – Perfume Section 1 Associate – Fabric/Apparel Section

Key Responsibilities: Assist walk-in customers and support sales conversions Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock organization Handle basic billing and coordination with senior staff Ensure smooth daily store operations Support inventory handling and restocking

Requirements: Basic communication skills (Hindi/English) Presentable and disciplined Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced retail workplace Prior retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Work Schedule: Full time role Weekly off as per roster

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
