Credit Control (Nariman Point)

Job Title: Credit Control Location- Nariman Point Experience
- 4-5 yrs Reports To: Credit Manager / Finance Manager Job Summary: The Credit Control Officer at Lucky Tech Membrane is responsible for managing and optimizing our credit processes by overseeing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and minimizing credit risks. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the company's cash flow and financial health by enforcing credit policies and fostering positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, review, and manage customer accounts and overdue receivables. Send periodic statements and payment reminders to customers. Follow up with customers to secure overdue payments through calls and emails. Negotiate payment arrangements or settlements as appropriate. Perform credit checks and evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. Maintain accurate records of credit activities, payment histories, and correspondence. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes. Enforce credit limits according to company policies. Prepare reports such as aging analysis, collection status, and cash flow forecasts. Contribute to the development and review of credit policies to align with industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or related finance roles. Understanding of credit management processes within manufacturing or industrial sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Relevant finance, accounting, or business qualification is preferred.
