Assistant Storekeeper (Kala Ghoda)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Assistant Storekeeper to manage and maintain inventory for our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of storekeeping, MS Office knowledge, and effective communication skills. Familiarity with food, liquor, and other restaurant supplies is essential. Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including food, liquor, and restaurant supplies.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages.
- Perform regular stock audits and physical verifications. 2. Receiving & Inspection:

- Oversee the physical receiving of food, liquor, and other supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for quantity, quality, and compliance with purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and liquor to maintain quality and compliance with standards. 3. Documentation:

- Maintain systematic records of all inventory-related transactions.
- Update stock reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Generate and share daily/weekly stock reports using MS Office tools. 4. Store Operations:

- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items in the store.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards for food and liquor storage.
- Support in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area. 5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless inventory flow.
