We are looking for energetic, social, and creative volunteers with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team as Community Champions in goSTOPS Hostels across India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable hostel experiences by hosting events, engaging with travelers, and supporting day-to-day community activities.
Roles and Responsibility Welcome guests and conduct hostel tours to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Plan and host daily community events such as games, movie nights, karaoke, tournaments, bonfires, and other fun activities.
Promote our curated experiences like river rafting and scooter rental to enhance guest engagement.
Engage with guests, build an active hostel community, and foster robust relationships.
Capture photos/videos and create basic social media content to showcase the hostel's vibrant atmosphere.
Collect guest feedback and support the on-ground team to improve overall guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements Friendly, outgoing, and proactive individuals who enjoy meeting new people and planning fun activities.
Comfortable hosting or speaking in front of small groups and possess basic content creation skills (photos/reels).
Available for a minimum of 7 days and open to adaptable travel and hostel-style living.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools is preferred.
