Accounts Receivable Executive Nariman Point

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes. Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time. Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up on outstanding receivables. Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and customer communications. Prepare AR aging reports and MIS reports for management review. Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding payment issues. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy cash flow. Update and maintain records in the Spectrum application/software.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance operations. Working knowledge of the Spectrum application/software is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
