1. Maintenance Supervisor – Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily maintenance activities and maintenance technicians to ensure smooth plant and equipment operation. 2. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdown and production downtime. 3. Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, utilities, and facility systems to identify maintenance requirements and safety issues. 4. Ensure machine breakdowns and technical faults are repaired quickly, efficiently, and safely to maintain continuous operations. 5. Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, equipment history, and daily maintenance logs. 6. Monitor spare parts availability, inventory stock levels, and coordinate procurement of required maintenance materials and tools. 7. Ensure all maintenance activities are performed according to company safety policies, standard operating procedures, and statutory regulations. 8. Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to address maintenance requirements and support operational efficiency. 9. Inspect and verify the quality of repair work, maintenance activities, and equipment performance after completion of maintenance tasks. 10. Implement measures to reduce machine downtime, improve equipment reliability, and increase operational efficiency. 11. Supervise external contractors and vendor service activities to ensure work completion as per company standards and timelines. 12. Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and maintenance instruments by the maintenance team. 13. Support maintenance budgeting, cost control activities, and optimize maintenance expenses without affecting operational performance. 14. Train and guide maintenance staff on troubleshooting techniques, safety practices, and maintenance procedures. 15. Prepare maintenance schedules, shift plans, and allocate work responsibilities among maintenance team members effectively. 16.
