Content Manager – The Social Journey (TSJ) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month Experience: 2–3 years Location: In office Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off) Role Overview The Social Journey (TSJ) is looking for a creative Content Manager who can handle end-to-end content production from ideation to shoot and final edit. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visuals and be comfortable creating engaging social media content. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms
- Independently manage shoots including reels, product videos, lifestyle shoots, and behind-the-scenes content
- Edit videos and images according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements
- Research and develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand communication and content pieces
- Manage content delivery timelines and ensure timely execution of projects Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content production, videography, photography, and video editing
- Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools
- Strong understanding of photography, videography, framing, and lighting basics
- Creative thinking skills with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects efficiently Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00
