Assisting in Market Expansion through events, activations, and collaborations Research, evaluate potential hostesses and markets, and engage approved hosts and partners.
- Exhibition Coordination & Management 1. Identify and coordinate with hosts for exhibitions and trade shows. 2. Negotiate best rates for the brand. This may need travel to the location of the host as per their time and convenience. 3. Plan and manage the logistics of participating in exhibitions, planning travel, stay and wellbeing of the team during the entire activity. 4. Booth setup, actively displaying and packing products . Managing the Logistics at the Booth as per the SOPs of the company. 5. Organize and execute a calendar of regular shows , activations and events in-store to promote brand visibility and awareness to current audiences to assist the Sales Teams achieve their sales targets. 6. Competitor mapping
- knowing and presenting monthly what competitors are doing in each market and learning from them to improve brand offering, experiences and positioning. 7. Ensure a strong presence/ location at exhibitions to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities as per brand guidelines and standards. 8. End to end event co-ordination, execution & management, ensuring all guests are engaged, spending 10-15 minutes with each and moving on to circulate throughout the event.
- Assist in Event Client Leads Development Collect and share all event attendee details to grow database .
- Report Submission and Success Analysis : 1. Make reports to track and analyze the effectiveness of shows in driving sales by mapping target achievement and sharing a report for each event, benchmarking against previous years in the same city. 2. Use data and analytics to measure the success of sales post the events and timely update the Management on new ways of approaching the event strategies. Pay: ₹60,000.00
